Sampson's Tragedy -(Judges 14, 15 and 16)


At Timnath Sampson saw a woman, at Gaza he saw a woman, at Sorek he saw a woman - lt would appear that Sampson saw only women🧍🏼‍♀️🧍🏼‍♀️🧍🏼‍♀️🧍🏼‍♀️🧕🏼🧕🏼🙎‍♀️🧖🏻‍♀️🧖🏻‍♀️🙎‍♀️ everywhere he went.

An adage says "A tear in your dress that is not mended now will surely turn that dress into a rag". That was the bane of Sampson's life - he never conquered his eyes👀. This was a quiet weakness and presumption in Sampson that he overlooked in his growing years.

❌ When a man does not seek as a priority what pleases the Lord for his life,
❌ When he goes for that which is right in his own eyes,
❌ When self-pleasure overrides the will of God,
❌ When he cannot say "no" to the flesh in order to obey God, what happened to Sampson will surely come his way.

What the enemy used to dislodge Sampson was his 'pet' of several years😋!

Beloved brother, you deem yourself very lucky as you have smartly escaped several 'falls'...

At different times, at the very point of falling, there were divine interruptions, and that gave you confidence that all was well... You assumed that since God delivered u, your misbehaviours meant nothing to Him.

Hmmm!
Remember Sampson went into several women and escaped unhurt. He even demonstrated the anointing 🤺🤺until 'Delilah appeared on the scene'. Who knows whether the next sister u will fondle with will turn out to be the Delilah of your agony😫😫?


As the pastor or the man of God, you have committed several atrocities with women and even sisters in your fellowship or church and u have clearly sailed through so far... I must tell you... U will not always sail through... Your next attempt may be the tempter's snare that will bring u down.

Brother, do not plan to fall into that strange love... It may be the fall of your 'star'🌟forever...

Mr preacher, hear this! Many years of ministry (as a compromiser) may look glamorous but its effect is less than a day's service given to God in righteousness and holiness.

You may have gone farther than Sampson in backsliding, but l wish you could stop running around, REPENT and get God to go with you.

Yes, l understand you need to first withdraw, sit down (so to say) in the prison house, until your hair grows again. It will grow if you renew your consecration and you will surely do exploits in this world!
