Annie Macaulay Idibia is a well-known Nigerian model, actress and television personality. She was born and brought up in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. Being born on November 13, 1984, she is currently 33-years-old. Annie has three siblings and she's the only female amongst them, information related to her parents, but her father died of cancer in 2019.

EARLY LIFE 

Annie Macaulay Idibia was born and brought up in Ibadan, Oyo State of Nigeria. She stayed with her parents throughout her early life education, but her parents observed that their daughter is passionate for drama, so they encouraged and supported her in order to accomplish her dream goal.

Though Annie's childhood memory was not that sweet one as life started turning miserable after her parents divorced. Her mother worked here and there in order to support her daughter's education, which make her relocated to Jakande Estate, Lagos state along with Annie.

She managed to sponsored Annie to Lagos public school where she studied and obtained her level six certificate, she later went to a secondary in her village where she graduated after six years. Within this period, her younger brother died of tuberculosis after he suffered the disease for one year

Education

After secondary school, Annie went to Lagos State University (LASU) where she was awarded with Bsc. Degree in Computer Science. Later run, she furthered her education to University of Lagos (Unilag) where she obtained Bsc. Degree in Theatre Arts.

Career 

Annie Macaulay Idibia initially appeared in the Nigerian film industry (Nollywood) in 2009, in the film "Pleasure and Crime." Annie Macaulay Idibia acted in another blockbuster film, "Blackberry Babes," after the success of her debut. Annie Macaulay Idibia was nominated for the Best of Nollywood Award for Best Supporting Actress in 2009.

Annie Macaulay Idibia competed in the "Queen of All Nations Beauty Pageant" before embarking on her acting career, placing first runner-up. She then had a cameo appearance opposite Yvonne Jegede in 2face Idibia's "African Queen" music video.

Annie Idibia has been featured in several Nollywood movies such as Morning After Dark, Beautiful Monster, First Family, White Chapel, Pleasure Crime, Blackberry Babes, Return of Blackberry Babes, Obiageli The Sex Machine, Estate Runs, Unconditional and she has really played her role well in these several shows.

Annie Macaulay and 2Face Idibia married on May 2, 2012, and their union was blessed with two beautiful daughters. Annie Macaulay Idibia's first daughter, Isabella Idibia, was born out of wedlock in December 2008, and Annie Macaulay Idibia's second daughter, Olivia Idibia, was born on January 3, 2014. Annie Macaulay Idibia also operates a beauty boutique called "BeOlive Hair Studio" in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
