If you want to be considered for a Global Futures Scholarship, you have to be a citizen or permanent resident of one of the nations on the list. You are also need to provide your own funding (not sponsored).

The Criteria for Eligibility

Before you can submit an application for this scholarship, the University of Manchester must first provide an offer to you to enroll in either a full-time or part-time undergraduate degree program or a foundation degree program there.
Your degree or foundation program must be scheduled to start at the University of Manchester in order to be considered for admission.
All undergraduate degree courses are eligible.
