Remember that on Tuesday, Senate President Ahmad Lawan read the president's request aloud in the upper legislative chamber.
The identities of the special advisers were not disclosed in the request.
However, the senate authorized the request after the letter was read.

Sani responded to the approval via his Twitter account, noting that under former President Muhammadu Buhari, the advisers had little to do and were merely figureheads.
He wrote, “Under Buhari, most of the Advisers were just answering the name, but actually they had no much to do.”
How El-Rufai Ordered My Murder
In the meantime, Sani has claimed that the former governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El Rufai, issued orders for his assassination if he visits the state.
A few days ago, the former lawmaker told Naija News that God spared him from being kidnapped during the El-Rufai regime, which lasted from 2015 to 2023.

He claimed he could have vanished like Abubakar Dadiyata, but lucked out.
He stated, "Had it not been for The Almighty, I would have been another Dadiyata during the administration of Mr. Elrufai from 2015 to 2023."
The journalist Dadiyata was reported missing on August 2, 2019.
When unidentified men abducted him from his domicile in the Barnawa neighborhood of Kaduna State, he disappeared.
In a recent tweet, Sani reiterated that in May 2018, El-Rufai ordered the residents of Kaduna State to assassinate him if he visited.

He wrote, “Intoxicated by power,in the month of May 2018,now Retired Elrufai publicly called on the people of Kaduna to unleash violence against me and other Senators anytime we come into Kaduna.The clear directive was to kill me and others.The venue was Ranchers Bees Stadium.”
