Synopsis

Unbreak My Heart is a heartwarming story of love, forgiveness, and family. It follows the journey of Rose (Jodi Sta. Maria), a single mother who is determined to rebuild her life after her husband's betrayal. She finds love again with Matt (Richard Yap), a kind and supportive man who helps her heal from her past. However, their relationship is tested when Rose's estranged daughter, Alex (Gabbi Garcia), returns to their lives. Alex is filled with anger and resentment towards her mother, and she is determined to make her life miserable. However, as Rose and Alex spend more time together, they begin to understand each other better, and their relationship slowly starts to mend.

Alex (Gabbi Garcia) and Renz (Joshua Garcia) are finally getting married. However, their wedding day is not without its share of drama. Alex's estranged father, Lorenzo (Tirso Cruz III), makes a surprise appearance, and he is not happy about his daughter's choice of husband. Meanwhile, Rose (Jodi Sta. Maria) is still struggling to come to terms with her own feelings for Matt (Richard Yap). She knows that she loves him, but she is afraid of getting hurt again.

Despite all the obstacles, Alex and Renz's wedding is a beautiful and heartwarming event. They are surrounded by their loved ones, and they are finally starting their new life together.
