More than 25 fully funded scholarships are available for international students.

Scholarships that cover at the very least both tuition and living expenses are referred to as "full scholarships" in this list.

Scholarships are not all equal. Tuition waivers are one type of scholarship, living expenses are another, and partial cash grants are yet another, but some scholarship programs cover both tuition and living expenses, as well as travel expenses, book allowances, insurance, and other things. Fully financed scholarships cover most, if not all, of your study abroad expenses.

The Fulbright Foreign Student Program is a government-sponsored program that provides financial assistance to international students (USA)
A distinguished grant for international students who wish to pursue a Master's or PhD degree in the United States, the Fulbright Foreign Student Program is offered by the Department of State. Students typically receive a living stipend and health insurance as part of the grant funding for their educations. Fulbright funding is provided for the term of the study through the program.

Chevening Scholarships in the United Kingdom (UK)

Awarded to outstanding academics with leadership potential, Chevening Scholarships are a global scholarship program run by the United Kingdom government. The majority of awards are for a one-year Master's degree program. The majority of Chevening Scholarships cover the following expenses: tuition fees, a living stipend at a defined rate (for one individual), an economy class return flight to the United Kingdom, and supplementary grants to meet necessary expenses.

Excellence Scholarships from the Swiss Government (Switzerland)

Students from various fields are eligible to apply for Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships, which provide them with the chance to conduct doctoral or postdoctoral research at a publicly financed university or recognized institution in Switzerland. The scholarship pays for a monthly allowance, as well as tuition expenses, health insurance, and a living allowance, among other things.

Scholarships for International Students from the Kingdom of Sweden (Sweden)

In Sweden, the Swedish Institute offers scholarships to highly qualified overseas students from poor countries who wish to study full-time Master's degrees at Swedish universities. The scholarship covers the cost of tuition, room and board, a portion of travel expenses, and insurance.

Scholarships for VLIR-UOS Training and Masters Degrees (Belgium)

Students from chosen developing nations in Asia, Africa, and Latin America are awarded scholarships by VLIR-UOS to complete a Training and Master's Program in development at universities in Belgium. The scholarships cover the price of tuition, room and board, an allowance, travel expenses, and other program-related expenses.

Scholarships from the Gates Foundation for Cambridge University (UK)

The Gates Cambridge Scholarships are full-cost prizes for graduate study and research at the University of Cambridge in any subject area that is offered at the time. The scholarships are open to all international students from all around the world who wish to pursue their studies in the United States. University fees, maintenance allowances, travel, and some dependent's allowance are all covered by a Gates Cambridge Scholarship, which includes the complete cost of attending Cambridge University.

University of Oxford Clarendon Scholarships (UK)

The Clarendon Scholarship Fund is a distinguished graduate scholarship scheme at the University of Oxford that awards approximately 140 new scholarships each year to eligible graduate applicants (including overseas students) who meet the eligibility requirements. Students are given Clarendon Scholarships at the University of Oxford on the basis of their academic quality and potential in all degree-granting topics at the graduate level in the University of Oxford. The scholarships cover the full cost of tuition and college fees, as well as a significant grant to help with living costs.

International Scholarships from the Chancellor of Warwick (UK)

In each academic year, the Warwick Graduate School provides approximately 25 Chancellor's International Scholarships to the most deserving international PhD applicants. The scholarships are open to students of any nationality who are enrolled in any of the university's academic programs. The scholarships cover the full cost of international tuition costs as well as a monthly maintenance allowance.

In addition, the University of Westminster offers scholarships to students from developing countries who seek to study in the United Kingdom and pursue a full-time Undergraduate degree in any subject of study at the University of Westminster. Westminster Full International Scholarships (UK) The University of Westminster offers scholarships to qualifying students from developing countries who wish to study in the United Kingdom and pursue a full-time Undergraduate degree in any field of study. Full tuition, room and board, and round-trip flights to and from London are all included in the scholarship package.

Scholarships for International Students at the University of Sydney (Australia)

Applications for the University of Sydney International Research Scholarship are invited from students who are eligible to pursue a Postgraduate Research Degree or a Master's by Research program at this university (USydIS). The USydIS will cover tuition expenses as well as a living allowance for a maximum of three consecutive years.

Scholarships for High Potential Students at the University of Maastricht (Netherlands)

In order to encourage bright students from outside the European Economic Area to pursue a master's degree at UM, the University of Maastricht Scholarship Fund makes High Potential Scholarships available through the UM Scholarship Foundation. The scholarships cover the cost of tuition, room and board, visa fees, and insurance coverage.

Excellence Scholarships at the Technical University of Delft (Netherlands)

International students can apply for a number of scholarships at Delft University of Technology that recognize academic achievement. The Justus and Louise van Effen scholarship is one of those initiatives, and it is intended to provide financial assistance to outstanding overseas MSc students who wish to further their studies at TU Delft. Tuition fees and a monthly allowance for living expenses are both covered by this scholarship, which is considered a complete scholarship.

University of Groningen Erik Bleumink Scholarships (Netherlands)

Scholarships from the Erik Bleumink Fund are often provided for Master's degree programs at the University of Groningen that are either one year or two years in length. Besides tuition fees, the grant also covers the costs of international travel, sustenance, textbooks, and health insurance for the grantee.

Scholarships for Academic Excellence in Amsterdam (Netherlands)

For students who are highly bright and come from outside the EU, the University of Amsterdam's Amsterdam Excellence Scholarships (AES) provide financial assistance to enable them to study qualified Master's Programs offered at the University of Amsterdam. The AES is a full scholarship of €25,000 that covers all of the costs of attendance and living expenses.

Scholarships for Academic Excellence in Amsterdam (Netherlands)

For students who are highly bright and come from outside the EU, the University of Amsterdam's Amsterdam Excellence Scholarships (AES) provide financial assistance to enable them to study qualified Master's Programs offered at the University of Amsterdam. The AES is a full scholarship of €25,000 that covers all of the costs of attendance and housing.

Excellence Masters Scholarship Program at the University of Zurich (Switzerland)

ETH Zurich provides financial assistance to outstanding overseas students who intend to pursue a Master's degree at the university. It is possible to get a grant covering living and study expenses (CHF 11,000 per semester) as well as a waiver of tuition fees through the Excellence Scholarship and Opportunity Program (ESOP).

The University of British Columbia has received the International Leader of Tomorrow Award (Canada)

The University of British Columbia (UBC) offers bachelor's scholarships to deserving secondary and post-secondary international students from all around the world. Winners of the International Leader of Tomorrow Award receive an award level that is commensurate with their financial need, which is determined by the costs of their tuition, fees, and living expenses, minus the financial contribution that the student and their family can make annually towards these costs (see chart below).

Located at the University of Toronto is the Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship Program (Canada)

The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship Program at the University of Toronto is designed to celebrate international students who have demonstrated great academic achievement and inventiveness, as well as being recognized as leaders within their institution. The scholarship will pay for four years' worth of tuition, books, incidentals, and full-time living expenses.

Scholarship program in Japan.

In order to help students from World Bank member nations pursue development-related studies, the Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program offers scholarships. The scholarship covers the costs of travel between your home country and the host university, tuition for your graduate program, the cost of basic medical insurance, and a monthly subsistence grant to cover living expenses, including books.

Scholarship Program for Japanese Students sponsored by the Asian Development Bank

Students from ADB developing member countries can pursue postgraduate studies in economics, management, science, and technology, and other development-related subjects at participating academic institutions in the Asia-Pacific region through the Asian Development Bank-Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP). The ADB-JSP covers the whole cost of tuition and fees, as well as a monthly subsistence and lodging allowance, an allowance for books and teaching materials, medical insurance, and travel expenses for eligible participants.

Grants from the Rotary Foundation for International Study

The Rotary Foundation provides scholarship money through the Rotary Foundation Global Grant scholarships, which are administered by the Rotary Foundation. The scholarship provides funding for graduate-level coursework or research for a period of one to four years of study. The minimum budget for a worldwide grant scholarship is $30,000, which can be used to cover fees such as a passport/visa, immunizations, travel expenses, school supplies, tuition, accommodation and board, and other expenses, among other things.

Scholarship from the Office of Foreign Investment in the United States

OFID (The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries Fund for International Development) offers a fully-funded scholarship to qualifying students who intend to pursue a Master's degree at an authorized university anywhere in the world. There are a total of 50 scholarships worth up to $50,000, which cover tuition fees, a monthly stipend to pay living expenses (such as rent, food, and insurance), books, relocation assistance, and travel expenses.
