Access your Southwest account.
Log in to your account or create an account at https://www.southwest.com/loyalty/myaccount/ in order to View your Rapid Rewards point balance or tier status

Head to Southwest Airlines website

Click on the "Rapid Rewards" button at point balance or tier status

Impute your account number or username and password in the login box
Click on the "Login" button
You will be taken to your account dashboard, where you can view your points balance, book flights, and more
