ENDING THE DAY.
At dawn (6am), the day begins. You rise from the bed, prepare yourself for the day and move out perhaps to work, school or business place.
As you go through the day, you meet different people with different perspective and personality, go to different places and come across different situations both good and bad.
So sometimes it affects how you end our day. But most times you are not aware that how you end our day can affect you and the outcome of the next day.
You wouldn't want a daily carryover of sadness, bitterness, resentment, etc. Would you?
Here are a few simple steps to end the day well:-
1. Gratitude: Gratitude in your heart and mouth to God for the day. The experiences, the opportunities and lessons you learnt.
2. Take a bath: A cold or warm bath is very therapeutic. It has soothing effects on the nerves so that no matter how hot your nerves are it calms you down.
3. Eat a good meal: A good meal is a must after a good or bad day. Refusing to eat or starving yourself changes nothing but harms your body.
4. Think: Take some time to think. Think about everything that happened, everyone you met, everywhere you went and how you acted or reacted to situations or people. This will help you correct or encourage yourself for a better tomorrow.
5. Pray: A major characteristic of every religion is prayer. As the day ends, it's a good thing to pray. Talk to God about how the day went and pray for better days ahead.
6. Sleep: The last thing and very important point is sleep. Always sleep when it's time to sleep. Depriving yourself of sleep will only make you weak or sick and ruin the next day if care is not taken. Sleep is one of the major blessings God gave humanity. Maximize it for better productivity everyday.

Got value? I hope you will practice everything you have read so that you can always end your day well.
