Synopsis:
UNBREAK MY HEART is a Filipino television drama series that aired on GMA Network and ABS-CBN Entertainment from May 27 to October 28, 2023. It is the biggest collaboration television series between the two networks. The series stars Joshua Garcia, Gabbi Garcia, Richard Yap, and Jodi Sta. Maria.

Matt (Richard Yap) is furious when he discovers that Alex (Gabbi Garcia) is in the Philippines with Rose (Jodi Sta. Maria). He confronts Alex and Rose, and demands that Alex return to Milan with him. Alex refuses, and tells Matt that she is staying in the Philippines to be with her mother.
Matt is devastated by Alex's decision, and he tries to convince her to change her mind. He tells her that he needs her in Milan, and that she has a responsibility to him and their daughter, Chloe. Alex, however, is adamant about staying in the Philippines. She tells Matt that she needs to be with her mother, and that she is finally happy.
Matt eventually leaves the Philippines without Alex, but he vows to win her back. He tells Alex that he will not give up on her, and that he will do whatever it takes to get her back.
