#sow A BIBLE

Greetings, beloved saints, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I trust this meets you well.

As part of our efforts to evangelize this community in which the Lord has strategically deployed us, we are trusting the Lord to put a Bible in the hand of every youth and teenager in this community.

Beginning from Wednesday, 29th May—Wednesday, 26 June, we want to reach 50 young people for the Lord.

We meet every Wednesday for a special Bible Study, and most of the participants have no form of relationship with the Lord, no Bible, and not affiliated to any Church.

We, therefore, want to appeal to you to help us reach this community with the gospel by SOWING A BIBLE.

Since majority of these people are uneducated, we thought of distributing a simpler version of the Bible that will be easier for them to understand. So, we are considering the NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION (NIV).

It is currently sold at ₦10,000 per copy.

We invite you to join this kingdom project, either as an individual, family or organization.

We encourage you to prayerfully determine how many copies you will be able to do as the Lord enables and leads you. There's no minimum or maximum number of copies to sow.

HEALING FOR YOUR BODY
Jer. 30:17AMP
For I will restore health to you, and I will heal your wounds, says the Lord..."
If you are sick, diseased or afflicted, there's good news for you. The Lord has promised to restore you to health and heal your wounds. This is a promise from the Lord who cannot lie. You can trust Him to do exactly what He's promised you.

The scripture tells us that God "will not break His covenant (or promise), nor alter (change) whatever His mouth has spoken." (PS. 89:34).

Another scripture tells us that God's Word will not return to Him empty, but accomplish whatever to which He has sent it.

In Psalm.107:19-20, the scripture says "Then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble, and He saveth them out of their distresses. He sent His Word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions."

Just like God sent His word then, He has sent His word today. The Word of God is Jesus Christ, the First begotten of the Father.

In the gospel according to saint John, we find these words, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God...And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."(Jon. 1:1,14).

Today, the Living Word of God (Jesus Christ) is still healing the sick and delivering the oppressed.

Prophet Isaiah gave us an insight to how Jesus will accomplish His Messianic ministry as regards healing in this words, "Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy]. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole. All we like sheep have gone astray, we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord has made to light upon Him the guilt and iniquity of us all." (Isa. 53:4-6AMP)

Yes, sicknesses, diseases and all forms satanic oppressions came as a result of sin. To deal with sin, Jesus had to carry all our sins in His own body and was punished once and for all on our behalf.

When He paid for your sin, He also paid for your healing at the same time, through the same sacrifice.

Beloved, Christ has suffered for you; the price and the penalty fully paid.

Healing is yours NOW! It is your right NOW!

The full benefits of redemption belong to you NOW.

"He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed."( 1Pt2:24 AMP ).

Do you believe the gospel?

Healing and health have been freely provided through the finished, complete and perfect work of Jesus Christ on the cross.

Jesus is your Healer.

I plead with you, my beloved friend, to open your heart to this truth and receive your healing now.

Now, my friend, I pray from the depth of my being for you, that the Holy Spirit will come upon you; that the mighty power of God will move within you, permeating every fiber of your being and making you every wit whole. I pray that God will kill the devilish disease by His mighty power, that the growth will disappear, the works of Satan destroyed, and most importantly, that you will know Jesus as your healer and saviour. Be healed in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ! Amen!!

Me and My Thoughts

Thoughts play a crucial role in shaping our perceptions, behaviors, and overall well-being. They affect how we think and act in certain circumstances. In reality, a person’s life is a reflection of his or her thoughts.

The influence of thoughts extends beyond mental health, impacting our relationships, decision-making, and overall quality of life.

Positive thoughts can enhance creativity, boost confidence, and contribute to a more fulfilling existence.

Conversely, a cycle of negative thinking may hinder progress, strain relationships, and limit one's potential.
Positive thoughts often contribute to a more optimistic outlook, fostering resilience in the face of challenges.

On the contrary, persistent negative thoughts can lead to stress, and anxiety, and hinder personal growth.

By cultivating awareness of our thoughts, we can actively choose to redirect or reshape them, promoting a healthier mental state.

Mindfulness practices, such as meditation, serve as effective tools in this regard, helping individuals gain control over their thought patterns.

Understanding the interconnected nature of thoughts and emotions allows individuals to make intentional choices in their thought processes.

Furthermore, adopting a growth mindset, focusing on gratitude, and challenging negative thoughts are strategies that can positively shape one's mental landscape.

In essence, thoughts are the architects of our reality.

By actively managing and cultivating a positive mental environment, individuals can pave the way for a more satisfying and meaningful life.
