Power of Attorney (please mention executants name as per passport) can either be on a plain paper or stamp paper as per your requirement or as advised by your lawyer.
Personal presence of the executants (who is giving Power Of Attorney) at the SGIVS Global Attestation Center with the following documents:
Valid passport in original with photocopy (consular signature page / first / last and valid visa page clear copy) of the executant/s.
Original Power of Attorney and its photocopy. This document has to be signed in the presence of the Consular Officer.
Two latest (not more than 6 months old) passport size photographs (White Background) of the executant/s. Photos can be clicked in our office.
2 photo IDs card copy of Attorney (to whom you giving Power of Attorney)
Passport copy preferred and aadhar card, pan card or voter id card and 2 ids must.
If witness signature is needed for attestation their personal presence is mandatory with original passport and valid visa of UAE and 1 set copy of it (Each witness signature is chargeable at 52.73 for every copy)..
If ‘legal heir’ is mentioned in the power of attorney, then legal heirship certificate and death certificate copy also required.
If ‘gift deed’ is mentioned the power of attorney, then charges will be 202.73/- aed.
Additional supporting documents may be required based on the contents of the power of attorney.
Fees may vary in case of documents to be used for commercial purpose.
Note: in case of foreign national OCI (Overseas Citizen of India Card) is required in original and one set copy of it.
