There is this man that has been in my life like forever. He is quite big in size and an albino, the type that is reddish in color 😅. He stays close to another person I like so much that lives with many relatives 😒.

He is such a sweet man, that kind of guy that is always ready to fight for you. He is so sweet that he even takes out thrash.

Ahh 😩. How fast my heart races when I think of him and how well he makes my blood flow 😅. He goes as far as making sure I don’t get intoxicated when we are out and ensures I’m well nourished .

It’s just sad sometimes how emotional and irritated he can get 😞. He gets angry when he sees people drinking to stupor, take illicit drugs and plus-size people eating unhealthy foods. He sometimes gets so infuriated and could react aggressively to a point that he gets injured and sometimes very ill.

It just saddens me that such a good guy would have to go through things like that because he is so concerned about people 😒.

Everyone knows and has this guy also, but most persons often neglect him 😪...

This guy is your liver 🙂.

The liver is the largest internal human organ. It is reddish-brown in color. It is an essential organ of the body that performs over 500 vital functions, such as removing waste products and foreign substances from the bloodstream, regulating blood sugar levels, creating essential nutrients, etc.

In conditions of liver disease like hepatitis, cirrhosis, etc, the liver becomes unable to perform these functions and could show symptoms like abdominal pain and swelling, jaundice, fever nausea etc

Some tips to maintain a healthy liver:
- Avoid illicit drugs/drug abuse and misuse.
- Drink alcohol moderately.
- Exercise regularly.
- Eat healthy food.
- Practice safe sex.
- Vaccinate (Hepatitis B vaccine).

You can go for a liver function test at the nearest Medical laboratory to know the state of your liver 🙂.

That dude needs to be cared for too 😉.
