Have you ever visited or lived inside a fool's paradise?

We thought we saw you move in. You took over an entire estate in it. You gloated over it like an ostrich with an over-bloated ego. 

To you it was beauty personified. It was your own paradise. You wouldn't attend to other factors that screamed contrary news all around you. Reality was your number one enemy. If an piece or item of evidence tried to shatter your fake shell you immediately shunned it as if it were a plague; if a friend sought to force you to face facts you angrily drove him / her away and thereafter avoided such a person.
