Using smart card and biometric (fingerprint) technology, the canteen management system offers a complete solution and satisfies the needs of each individual consumer. The CMS system was created employing POS terminals equipped with biometric (fingerprint) sensors and contactless smart card readers for user authentication. CMS can also be used to manage one or more canteens at various sites that are run by different caterers. The programme is available for standalone, intranet, and web-enabled systems.
