Many people easily get broke because they lack how to economize money. If you want to save money, the time you are buying things matters a lot.

Occasionally, the prices of the products we are buying reduces in some industries, some people are seeking to know the exact time the prices fall and others don't care to know. But as a student or worker who wants to save money, we suggest buying products at the time when it's prices fall.

David Pogue, The American technology and Science writer has written many books on how to economize money. In one of his books, he mentioned the best times to purchase various products online from different industries. In this article, we'll highlight the best time to buy products online.

January

Fitness equipment

According to Pogue's book, the greatest time to acquire workout equipment is early January following the holidays, when companies will start luring consumers with sales. During this time, 40 to 60% of the price is discounted.

Cruises

"Sailing sales often arrive in January and February, when people are planning their spring break and summer vacations," Pogue says.

Look for another round of bargains in October if you're planning a holiday cruise, he says.

February

Cameras

To buy a portable camera at a low rate, you should wait till February because during that time, big discounts are counted on previous year's electronic products on the presidents' Day holiday. According to Pogue's book, buying a camera during this period could be very affordable. Since new models are lured around that February, you can buy models at a cheap rate.

Chocolate

Even the pricier items are on sale right after Valentine's Day.

March

Luggage

With no doubt, there is available of luggages of different styles and quality during March ending for summer travel, so we suggest you buy it during this period because there is a big discounts in previous year's luggages. Additionally,  during that  time, Spring Break is around the corner, now is the ideal time to invest in a new duffle.

Between August ending, travelers are pretty much finished with their summer travels, and another round of price decreases settles in.

April

Cookware

Several occasions such as weeding, cultural celebrations take place during April, therefore cookware is readily available at a cheap rate. If you are willing to buy Kitchen supplies, this is the right time for you.

Mattresses

Pogue claims that Memorial Day mattress sales exist: "The entire business throws out last year's models over Memorial Day, so watch for big sales in May."

Don't worry if you can't make it this weekend. During the July 4th and Labor Day weekends, there will be more bargains.

Pogue says that “the best time to purchase Gym activities is June, during this period, demand is low, as many people are much more interested in gymnastic activities”

Valentine's Day has passed, and there are no upcoming gift-giving occasions to increase store sales.

Profit from the lull. You could even make a few Christmas gifts so you'll have one less thing to worry about when the holidays arrive.

August

Camping equipment

Pogue recommends taking advantage of massive price drops on outdoor items in August: "The summer is done, and so is the desire for this type of merchandise. In October, expect another flurry of sales."

Flip-flops and bathing suits

The pool season has officially ended, and businesses don't want to stock shelves with swimwear that no one will buy, according to Pogue.

Get these while they're on sale... may pay a lot extra immediately before going on a spring break trip.

Cars

During September, car prices are reduced because it is the beginning time of the year's model and dealerships are  anxious to sell previous year's products.

Computers

If you're in the market for a new computer, Pogue recommends waiting until after the back-to-school rush is gone and purchasing one in September.

He also mentions that in November, on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, there would be even greater reductions.

October

Bicycles

Unlike other months, new bicycles are produced in October ending, this means that bicycle sellers  are willing to clear the old bicycles before the new one arrives.

November 

Electronics

The excitement that surrounds Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales in electronic stores is well-founded.

Pogue writes, "Every type of technology goes on sale: televisions, computers, phones, tablets, cameras, and so on." "Every store and internet business competes for attention, and you are the winner."

December

Wedding dresses

Start looking for a more affordable gown in the winter, even if the big day isn't until the spring or summer.

"No one buys wedding things in November and December," according to Pogue, "so bridal retailers discount their wares to make place for the new year's ideas."
