At Goodison Park on Saturday, Chelsea will play its opening Premier League match of the year against Everton. 

The previous time these two teams faced off at the Merseyside, the club from London came out on top, but Frank Lampard's team was only able to stay out of the Championship by placing 16th on the last matchday. 

Thomas Tuchel, on the other side, will aim to improve upon his fifth-place Arsenal performance from the previous campaign, which left him 18 points behind second-place Liverpool.
