Samsung revealed the Galaxy A23 in March, a non-5G phone with four 50MP rear cameras. While we eagerly await Samsung's upcoming foldable gadgets, the company secretly made the 5G version of the Galaxy A23 official four months later. Compared to its non-5G counterpart, which features a new 5G enabled processor, the Galaxy A23 5G introduces less changes.

The Galaxy A23 5G has a 6.6-inch Full HD+ screen with an Infinity-V display, just as the LTE model. With a 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, it is an LCD panel.

The smartphone is rumored to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 695 5G processor, however Samsung hasn't officially confirmed this. According to the claim, the alleged device's Geekbench test exposed the processor within. It represents a major improvement over the Snapdragon 680 seen in the LTE model.
