Steinberg Associates, which was founded in 1969, is a provider of employee health and benefits, estate planning, and private client services to individuals and medium enterprises in the states of South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.

Following the completion of the acquisition, Hank Steinberg, president of Steinberg Associates, and his whole team will become members of MMA.
