Empowa and World Mobile Introduce a Cardano-Based NFT Collaborative Project.

World Mobile is the world's first block-chain driven telecoms company and is well recognized for its low-cost internet service.

Empowa, on the other hand, is a RealFi NFT project that focuses on offering low-cost housing solutions in Africa. It operates on the principle of the sharing economy.

The two projects based on Cardano have formed a collaboration with a sharp focus on isolated communities, beginning with Mozambique and then spreading throughout Africa and the rest of the world. This partnership will have a laser-like concentration on remote populations. The goal of the collaboration is to provide access to cheap financing in order to address decades-old problems with internet connectivity and housing availability across Africa, beginning with Mozambique.

Although Mozambique is a nation with a high population density, the country is struggling with significant housing shortages as well as a lack of access to the internet. According to the statistics, there are just about 600 people who have mortgages in a country that has a population of 30 million people.

Empowa is utilizing the NFT space in order to gather cash that will contribute to the construction of inexpensive dwellings for the people of Mozambique that is most worthy of such assistance. This desire to solve the above constraints is what drives Empowa.[rb_related title="More Read" style="light" total="4"]

To put it another way, the RealFi initiative will gather cash in order to give people who are excluded from the financial system the opportunity to buy or lease homes at prices within their means. The initial stage of the partnership will consist of that step. In the second phase of the project, World Mobile will move in, work with local business owners to set up infrastructure, and begin providing internet connections that are both dependable and extremely cost effective. Mozambique's Beira, a port city, will serve as the starting point for the project. The businesses decided to locate their operations in Beira since it is not only a densely populated region but also one that is prone to natural disasters, particularly cyclones. In the meantime, eighty percent of the people living in the Beira community live in homes that they have built themselves, and due to the substandard materials and construction methods that were used in their construction, these homes are hardly able to endure natural calamities. The newly built homes will not only be reasonably priced, but they will also be environmentally friendly and, as a result, cyclone-proof.
