Interestingly, we have restated a new set of false facts by the second defendant (Arch Tukur). Forging INEC seals and signatures and we are ready to take these people to court. “Fake is what we are debating on the list of MPs and instead of giving the correct list of MPs to INEC, we create another list at the border or pocket and add a signature that claims to be the same. It was dramatic when the case went to court recently when INEC received a court-ordered summons revealing a fraud perpetrated by Tukur to get the party's senatorial votes for his main rival to secure Magaji. After hearing arguments from all parties, President Justice Nehizina Idumudia stopped the nomination of Afolabi Tukur for the APC Senate in Nasarawa West and stayed until a certain date a court order to declare Magaji the true winner of the primary election. Presiding Judge Nehizina Idumudia Afolabi, who was responsible for all preliminary and substantive arguments on the matter, adjourned the decision for a day to inform all parties. APC lawyer Ibrahim Bawa (SAN) told reporters after the case concluded that he denied knowing about the sealing and signing of the documents presented in the summons, but said all issues had been discussed and the court would retain its decision.
