Manchester United has three U25 powerhouses.

This past summer, Manchester United broke numerous records in the transfer market, and two of the players they acquired have been ranked highly by the CIES.

Diogo Dalot, Lisandro Martinez, and Antony all play for Manchester United and have been recognized in rankings of young players from the top five leagues in Europe who are under the age of 25.

According to information that was made public by the CIES Football Observatory, Dalot finished in second place behind the left back for Bayern Munich, Alphonso Davies, on the list of "defensive infiltrators."

Dalot provided an assist for the game-winning goal that Bruno Fernandes scored against Southampton a few weeks ago. He also won a penalty kick that Cristiano Ronaldo converted in United's win over FC Sheriff in the Europa League this past week.

Martinez finished in third place for 'ground blocker filter man,' a category that was won by the defender for Real Sociedad, Martn Zubimendi.

Antony finished in fifth place for the category of'shooter infiltrators,' trailing behind Davide Frattesi of Sassuolo, Bayern Munich forward Jamal Musiala, Paris Saint-Germain talisman Kylian Mbappe, and Rafael Leao of AC Milan.

Interview with Antony from Manchester United

This is Antony's first interview with Manchester United since he made the switch from Ajax.

A metric known as a "impact score" is used to evaluate a player's sporting accomplishments and potential, and this score is used to measure the data. According to CIES, it is "calculated by taking into consideration the average match level in which players participated according to the experience capital method, official game minutes played over the course of the previous 365 days, as well as pitch performance compared to both teammates, opponents, and players with the same profile."

In the summer, Manchester United spent a total of £140.81 million to acquire Antony and Martinez from Ajax. Antony scored on his first game for United, which was a victory over Arsenal.
