As a result of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II over the past weekend, there were no matches played in England, so several of Manchester United's loanees were able to make their competitive debuts this week.
Although Eric Bailly was absent for Marseille's 1-1 draw with Rennes on Sunday, a number of other players saw action for the club over the course of the weekend. These players include Alex Tellas, Matej Kovar, Dean Henderson, Amad, Hannibal Mejbri, Alvaro Fernandez, and Ethan Laird. Eric Bailly also did not play.
It would not be surprising if Reds manager Erik Ten Hag and his coaching staff spent some time watching the loanees play given that the Reds' match against Leeds United that was supposed to take place was postponed.
The Reds have gotten off to a slow but steady start to the new season, and in order for the club's loan players to make an impression over the next few months, they will need to put in even more effort than usual.
Alex Telles
During Sunday's 1-1 draw with Villarreal in the LaLiga match, Telles began the match on the substitutes' bench for Sevilla. The Brazilian defender came on in place of Marcos Acuna in the 69th minute of the game and received a yellow card just a few seconds after entering the game.
De Gea addresses Henderson's assertion that he should be United's first-choice goalkeeper
The Spanish goalkeeper responds to Dean Henderson's assertions that he was guaranteed the starting position at Old Trafford.
In addition, United's left-back, who has played in 50 games for the team, gave away a penalty after making a reckless tackle; however, video assistant referees overturned the decision because of an offside.
Matej Kovar
The young goalkeeper, who is spending the season on loan with Sparta Prague, had a rough start to his debut the week before, but he bounced back nicely and played well in the Czech Republic's biggest club's 1-1 draw against Banik on Saturday
It is likely that he will be eager to keep his first clean sheet for the club as soon as possible, but his next appearance won't be until after the international break. He will be eager to record his first clean sheet for the club as soon as possible.
Dean Henderson
On Friday night, Nottingham Forest was defeated 3-2 by Bournemouth in a game that was played in the Premier League. The English goalkeeper was responsible for three of the team's goals allowed.
The goalkeeper, Henderson, received criticism for his positioning for one of the goals, and the newly promoted team has now allowed a total of 14 goals through their first four matches with Henderson in net.
Amad
Amad, who is on loan to Sunderland from Manchester United, earned praise from Sunderland manager Tony Mowbray after making an impressive cameo appearance off the bench on Saturday. Amad made his debut for the Black Cats in the 63rd minute of their match against Watford at Vicarage Road, which ended in a 2-2 draw.
The 20-year-old believed that he had recorded his first assist since beginning his loan stint on Saturday; however, it was determined that Jack Clarke, who volleyed home Amad's cross, was in an offside position. The goal was disallowed.

Hannibal Mejbri
On Saturday afternoon, there was an incident that resulted in a red card, and Mejbri came under fire for his part in it. It had been less than twenty minutes since he had taken the field when he became involved in a scuffle with the midfielder for Coventry, Gustavo Hamer, as the two of them struggled to gain possession of the ball. As a result of this altercation, his opponent was shown a red card.
Mark Robins, the manager of Coventry, acknowledged that his midfielder "has to learn" from his most recent dismissal after it appeared that he kicked out at Hannibal. This act will result in a four-game suspension for the player, but Robins believes that the United youth player played an important part in the incident.
Alvaro Fernandez
Despite the fact that Preston North End ultimately fell to Sheffield United by a score of 2-0 at Deepdale, Fernandez made a successful comeback from injury and played exceptionally well for his team.
Despite this, the Spaniard was praised for his individual performance, with the youngster being credited with driving at the defense of the Blades. His withdrawal was met with jeers from the Preston faithful, who cheered for his replacement, Ryan Lowe.
It was Ethan Laird.
