Reports claim Kylian Mbappe wants to leave PSG come January.
According to explosive allegations coming out of Spain, Kylian Mbappe has expressed a desire to leave Paris Saint-Germain during the transfer season in the month of January.
Mbappe, who is only 23 years old, is widely considered to be one of the best footballers in the world. Along with Lionel Messi and Neymar, he is a member of a lethal attacking trio for Paris Saint-Germain. On the other hand, despite having signed a lucrative contract earlier this summer, there are growing rumors that he might look for a fresh challenge.
The Spanish publication Marca is reporting that his relationship with the club has "completely broken." This is reportedly the result of him criticizing the strategies used by the manager of Paris Saint-Germain, Christophe Galtier. It is also stated that Mbappe and Neymar have had problems in their relationship, and it is believed that this is a factor that can shed light on the situation.
However, it has since been reported by Sky Sports that PSG has no intention of selling Mbappe, with the club calling the story in Marca "totally untrue" and "utter nonsense." Sky Sports' report comes after PSG called the story in Marca "utter nonsense."
During the summer of 2018, there was widespread speculation that Mbappe would join Real Madrid. Despite the fact that the reigning Spanish champions made an offer for the player's services, the player elected to remain with PSG. He is still under contract until 2025, but Marca reports that Real will be prevented from making a subsequent move for him.
Liverpool has been mentioned as a possible suitor for the France superstar, despite the fact that there are some concerns regarding the amount of money that he might cost when taking into account his transfer fee, wages, and other factors. In the meantime, it has been rumored that Mbappe would prefer to move to the Premier League; however, does this make Manchester United a legitimate option?
Mbappe made the following statement regarding his future a year ago, just prior to signing a new contract: "I need to take the right decision, which is hard." It is imperative that I provide myself with the most favorable conditions to make a sound decision.
"I am currently in a location that makes me happy and gives me a good feeling. But does it offer the most favorable conditions for me? I do not at this time have a response."
Raphael Varane, who plays for France's national team and is currently a defender for Manchester United, was asked the same question about Kylian Mbappe shortly after those comments from the summer and provided a straightforward response.
He continued by saying, "It is he who decides." He is mature enough to pick and choose the people in his inner circle.
"He has his head on his shoulders, and he is clear about what he is looking for. It is not up to me to give him any advice.
