Binance is strengthening its ties with governing bodies all over the world.
Binance just recently received what is being called a "permanent license" to run a digital asset platform and provide custody services in the country of Kazakhstan. Binance now has the status of a regulated platform thanks to the license, which enables the exchange to make deposits and withdrawals of fiat money, convert cryptocurrencies, and offer cryptocurrency storage and exchange services.

Additionally, in order to assist the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in its battle against financial crime, Binance signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Financial Monitoring Agency of Kazakhstan. This transaction is being carried out as a component of the company's Law Enforcement Training Program (LETP), which is currently active in the countries of France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Norway, Canada, Brazil, and Paraguay in addition to Israel.

Binance has made substantial advances into a number of countries this year, including Kazakhstan, which as a result of China's restriction on cryptocurrency mining has become a major crypto mining hotspot. However, Kazakhstan is not the only country into which Binance has made big inroads. After receiving its Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) license in May 2022, Bahrain has just this month become home to the largest exchange in terms of trading volume in the entire globe.

Binance has additionally been granted authorization to conduct business in Dubai, New Zealand, and Cyprus, and it is currently looking into the possibility of resuming operations in Japan.
