Chelsea lost 2-0 to Manchester City in the EFL Cup third round last night.

To be honest, as a Blues fan, I had zero expectations before the game, which is a sign of where we are right now. However, there were a few positives to take from defeat, the main one being Lewis Hall.

For me, he was man of the match last night and really showed up the rest of the ‘senior’ players. His highlights below and how he played the game overall last night, just proves to me once again that Chelsea’s Cobham youth academy, just needs to be trusted regularly. They surely cannot do any worse than half the rest of the squad right now.
