Be admitted to or currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at a college or university in the United States or Canada that MPOWER financially supports, and
Be a student from another country who is legally permitted to study in the United States or Canada, as applicable:
This indicates that the applicant fulfills one of the following requirements in order to study in the United States:
Currently possesses a valid visa that allows for study in the United States.
benefits from the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program's protections (DACA)
Is a U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder)
This indicates that the applicant satisfies one of the following requirements in order to study in Canada:
Is a Canadian permanent resident
possesses an active study permit for Canada
