Recently, a warning was issued informing citizens and other parties to be wary of phony job advertisements when traveling. Under the guise of crypto-related employment, it appears that the FBI will investigate all new arrivals in the United States for indications of human trafficking.

Some of these advertisements assert that the victims of such abhorrent crimes have been kidnapped, intimidated, and coerced into committing heinous international fraud schemes against their will.

Crypto-Fraudsters are Employing Talent from Asia to Execute Their Crypto-Fraud Schemes.

FBI officials are very concerned about the innocent victims from Asia who are targeted by crypto gang leaders. As a result, they are conducting a comprehensive investigation into the issue of Asian crypto recruits, particularly in technical support, beauty salon employees, and call center agents, among other fields.

These unsuspecting employees are enticed into the country under false pretenses and then coerced against their will to commit crypto frauds.

Throughout the course of the current year, the FBI has collaborated with numerous crypto-scammers who were unwittingly caught in the situation.

Recently, the FBI and Ukrainian police collaborated on a joint operation. The National Police Force of Ukraine and the FBI's Detroit field office have reportedly taken action against nine digital currency service providers, as reported by the media.

The law enforcement agency has complied with court orders to investigate these cases in which any form of digital currency fraud is suspected. These cybercriminals have been active on domains including bitcoin24.exchange and trust-exchange.org, among others.

On the 30th of April, CertiK, a cryptocurrency auditing and cyber security organization, released a report detailing exploits and schemes that occurred throughout the month. In April alone, these frauds have resulted in losses totaling $103.7 million.
