Episode Recap

In the October 26, 2023 episode of BATANG QUIAPO, the show opened with Joaquin (Coco Martin) and Tanggol (JM de Guzman) meeting up to discuss their next move. Joaquin is determined to avenge the death of his father, while Tanggol is more cautious and wants to make sure they have a solid plan before they act.

Meanwhile, Ramil (Lito Lapid) is meeting with his own allies, including Mayor Magtanggol (Christopher de Leon). Ramil is worried about Joaquin and Tanggol, and he knows that they are a threat to his power. He orders his men to keep an eye on them and to be ready to strike if necessary.

Later that day, Joaquin and Tanggol are attacked by Ramil's men. They manage to fight them off, but they are both injured. They take refuge in a safe house, where they are treated by Joaquin's aunt, Linda (Susan Roces).

Linda is worried about Joaquin and Tanggol, but she knows that they are determined to fight for justice. She promises to help them in any way she can.

Synopsis

BATANG QUIAPO is a Philippine action-drama series that tells the story of Joaquin (Coco Martin), a young man from Quiapo who is forced to become a vigilante after his father is murdered by a corrupt politician. Joaquin is joined by his childhood friend, Tanggol (JM de Guzman), and together they fight against crime and corruption in their city.
