Synopsis
In the October 30, 2023 replay episode of Abot Kamay Na Pangarap, Analyn (Jillian Ward) is finally able to operate on Apex (Andre Paras) and save his life. However, the surgery takes a toll on her, and she collapses from exhaustion.
Meanwhile, Lyneth (Carmina Villarroel) is still struggling to come to terms with the fact that Carlos (Allen Dizon) is the one who has been poisoning her relationship with Analyn. She confronts him, but he denies everything.
