Journalist asserts To create place for Lingard, David Moyes wants to get rid of playmaker.

David Moyes would prefer to have Jesse Lingard available to him rather than the current attacking option of Said Benramha.

According to journalist Dean Jones, Moyes places a much higher value on Lingard than Benramha.

This summer, with Jesse Lingard reportedly disliking his current club Manchester United and having previously spent the season on loan at West Ham, it appears that the midfielder may finally depart Old Trafford. West Ham could be the ideal destination for the out-of-favour player.

To Jones' surprise, despite Benramha's recent hot streak of form, Moyes would prefer Lingard above the Algerian striker.

Benramha was one of the better performers for West Ham United in their most recent game against rivals Tottenham Hotspur, despite the fact that they were defeated 3-1. He even managed to get on the scoresheet during the first half of the encounter.

In response to a question from GiveMeSport on the possibility of Benrahma losing his starting spot to Lingard if the United midfielder joins in the summer, Jones stated: "I think he'd prefer to have Lingard than Benrahma, mostly because he's a better footballer."
