(video) Antonio Conte might be vital to Manchester United's transfer ambitions, says Fabrizio Romano.

It has been stated that the future of Harry Kane will be crucial to the future of Antonio Conte this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Tottenham could be in for some difficult times in the coming months due to uncertainty surrounding their manager and their finest player, though Romano told The United Stand that he was not persuaded that Manchester United would be able to complete a deal to sign Kane.

"It will not be easy to recruit Kane," Romano says in the video clip below, while also noting that Conte's future could be connected to that of his striker." Romano speaks about Kane's long-standing interest in the Red Devils.

As Romano put it, "Antonio Conte is only staying at Tottenham because he knows Harry Kane is staying at Tottenham.

The Tottenham manager wants to make sure that Harry Kane is an important piece to their plan. With or without Harry Kane, Antonio Conte will not accept a job at Tottenham as manager. As a result, the fortunes of both Conte and Kane are intertwined. Harry Kane is going to have to make a big play at this point.

As a matter of fact, Manchester United have been interested in Kane for a long time. They've been after this player for a long, long time. With that said, it's not going to be simple against Tottenham and not easy for Conte either.

Harry Kane is a target for Manchester United

Kane isn't an easy target for Manchester United.

We shouldn't be surprised that a manager of Conte's caliber would want to work with a player like Harry Kane.

To win a major trophy, the Premier League giants are not the force they once were, and the 28-year-old might believe that he'd be better suited at Spurs under Conte than he is at United right now.
