Surprise Premier League midfielder is being watched by Manchester United and Tottenham.

Resurgent top-flight career of Christian Eriksen continues.

Due to Serie A restrictions, the midfielder, who was diagnosed with a cardiac problem at last year's postponed Euros 2020, was forced to leave Inter Milan, but has since found a new home at Brentford.

It is difficult to imagine a better start for the Denmark international since coming to England's top division on a short-term agreement that will last until the end of this season.

So far this season, the seasoned midfielder has appeared in four games for Thomas Frank's team and has made two assists, one of which was a critical goal against Chelsea last weekend.

According to a recent report in the Daily Mail, Manchester United and former side Tottenham Hotspur are both interested in signing the Denmark international.

Brentford beat Chelsea 4-1 last weekend thanks to Christian Eriksen.

Eriksen will be a free agent at the end of the year, and with his health problems seemingly over, the midfielder could be a good and cheap option for the summer.

Frank, on the other hand, appears to want the 30-year-old to remain at Brentford.

In a recent press conference, the German tactician stated: "There are many factors that go into a footballer's decision to change teams," according to Bees manager Thomas Frank. For Christian, the situation will be the same as it was for me.

"To be fair, I'm acquainted with Christian and know that one of his strengths is the ability to simply enjoy the present. And I believe he is enjoying himself even more as a result.

There is no need to worry about what will happen in the next two or three months.

"I'm really thrilled that he'll be representing us." The fact that I want him to return for another season is no secret to anyone who knows me.

Christensen has returned to the team, and I know that he's having a great time playing." Let's see what happens in the next months of the season."
