Manchester United's starting XI against Norwich City has been confirmed — Jesse Lingard will start.

Mauricio Pochettino has chosen his Manchester United starting lineup for the match against Norwich City at Old Trafford, as the Red Devils attempt to earn their first victory in five games.

Against win today, the team must come together, something they haven't done in recent matches, particularly after falling behind to Everton at Goodison Park the previous time out.

For the match against relegation-threatened Norwich City, United will be without four players.

According to Manchester United's official Twitter account, David de Gea will start in goal, which should not come as a surprise to anybody.

Diogo Dalot, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire, and Alex Telles make up the defense for the Red Devils.

We were under the impression that Nemanja Matic would start in midfield, but that was not the case on Saturday afternoon. As a result, Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes, and Jesse Lingard will form a midfield three for the first time this season.

Cristiano Ronaldo will be at the head of the line, while Jadon Sancho and Anthony Elanga will attack from the sides of the defense.

With a game in hand, United are seven points behind Tottenham in fourth place while Norwich are bottom of the table, seven points behind 17th-placed Everton, who are also seven points ahead of United.

When Rangnick took over as manager of Manchester United, he won only eight of his 17 Premier League games, the lowest proportion (47 percent) of any manager in the history of the club. Perhaps he will win his ninth game today...
