It is expected that Erik ten Hag will raid Ajax in search of a right winger valued at £50 million to bolster Manchester

Antony, the Ajax left winger, is expected to be part of Erik ten Hag's Manchester United rebuilding plans.

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has been linked with a move for the young Brazilian, according to the Sun.

Although it is widely accepted in the media that something will be confirmed this week, United has yet to make an official statement regarding Ten Hag.

It's possible that Ralf Rangnick mentioned signing Antony after United's 4-0 loss to Liverpool on Tuesday night. As many as ten new players could be signed during the summer transfer window, according to the interim manager.

Ten Hag believes that Antony is a natural fit for his reimagined Manchester United team, given that the youngster is intimately familiar with the manager's brand of football.

He is unfazed by the idea of bringing in former teammates, which Louis van Gaal tried to do at Manchester United. There is no rule against signing former players, but there needs to be a balance in finding the right players for the Premier League.

Furthermore, according to The Sun, Ajax would be easy to deal with if they received an offer of at least £50 million.

If Manchester United decides that Antony is the right winger they want next season, the Dutchman could turn him into a star at Old Trafford after signing him for £13 million in February 2020.

What other right wingers do you think United should look at?
