Whenever you play their videos- there are in-steam ads that play at the beginning, middle or at the end of their videos. 

5. When they do Lives and there is an option to buy stars or badges - they’ve been monetised.

7. Another way to make money on SM is by selling your own products. Imagine having a hair product that costs $12 usd and you have a following of 250,000, if 5000 people buy your product that means you have made at least $60,000 usd.
