Ronaldo played the first half and scored the first goal of the game, assisted by Diogo Dalot. Fernandes played the final 13 minutes of the game after being rested.

Ronaldo could, however, have scored more than the one goal in his 45-minute outing, having been presented with a golden opportunity just moments before he scored his goal.
