The return of regular league football for men in Europe has pleased many football fans, but preseason matches are being played for the women. There are many Nigerian players playing all over the world, and many of them are continuing their strong play from the previous year.

Rasheedat Ajibade, a striker from Nigeria, was impressive for his country during the WAFCON competition in Morocco. Her club teammates have only recently reunited with her in Spain, and their preseason match against Alhama was spectacular.

Rasheedat scored the opening goal in the 31st minute, the second goal in the 42nd minute, and Atlético won 2-0 in the first half of their second preseason game. Ajibade scored her third goal and the team's third goal seven minutes into the second half.

Her colleagues scored three more goals to finish off Alhama by thrashing him. After the game, Ajibade's photo was posted on the club's page with the hashtag "amazing" and the Nigerian flag. The club seemed impressed by her performance.

In response, Ajibade reposted it on her Instagram story. The team's fourth-place finish at the end of the last campaign could improve if they keep up their current pace.
