At least since 2017, this method has been carried out continuously.
It was in that year that Agency Revolution was acquired by FMG Suite, a marketing technology company based in San Diego that focuses on corporate finance and some insurance. Agency Revolution, on the other hand, is a marketing platform that has been around for the past quarter of a century that enables independent insurance agents and brokers automate their communications, develop stronger relationships with their customers, and expand their agencies and brokers. Forge3 is centered on an emerging online platform for insurance agencies that is aimed to assist agencies in marketing themselves and appearing professional. Forge3's technology and strategy, according to Scott White, CEO of Agency Revolution and FMG, are a good fit for the companies' needs and bring comparable intellectual property to the table.
White remarked that "we noticed that they had constructed an extremely amazing marketing platform." [Citation needed] We wanted to add that to our assortment of products because they have a high rate of customer retention.
Neither party stated the amount they will pay to acquire Forge3.
According to White, Agency Revolution currently has more than one hundred employees, and the business operations of Forge3 will be incorporated into those of Agency Republic. The plan calls for the continuation of employment for Forge3's staff. However, the brand will be completely absorbed by Agency Generation, which can now brag about having two marketing platforms as well as an impending online networking product in its arsenal. The members of the Forge3 team are dispersed around the state of California, with the majority of them located in the Northeast.
Jeff Teschke (shown immediately above), Forge3’s founder and CEO, noted that the sale to Agency Revolution enables its customers to extend their alternatives after repeated requests.
“When we were talking with our clients and looking at the business and developments in general, we felt we had an exceptional platform … people truly liked us, but they were also searching and starting to ask for other elements of the marketing puzzle,” Teschke said. “We assessed the choices, and we already had a lot of shared clientele, and we said this [purchase] makes a lot of sense.”
Interest in the acquisition built up over time, Teschke added.
“When you’re in this business you just create relationships and you know several people and the stars line together often,” Teschke added. “I would say this is a fantastic example of that.”
Teschke stated he felt it made sense to continue on as Forge3 integrates with Agency Transformation.
“It was the appropriate thing to do to make sure the team, the consumers and the product – the migration at the very latest – was as simple as possible,” he said. “There are so many options this expands for the profession … and you want to see all these possibilities come to fruition.”
The Forge3 platform
Agency Transformation and Forge3 promote the Forge3 ActiveAgency (soon to be called Forge) platform as the highest-rated, fastest growing insurance agency platform in the marketplace. Developed in 2016, it is aimed to assist agents be more prosperous and seem good, in part as a presenting website for agents and brokers.
“There are a bunch of very great sales tools built into it that push it beyond a simple website that sits out there,” Teschke said. “The folks within the agency can use those tools [and those capabilities], both proactively and reactively to drive users to the website, and also during the sales pipeline.”
Imagine something similar to a white-label platform, but with more room for customization.
"The actual platform is hidden from view behind these curtains. On the website of the insurance provider, you won't see the words "ActiveAgency" or "Forge" or anything else of the sort… "All we are doing is giving them with the technology and the platform necessary to make it possible," Teschke explained.
'A little bit geeky'
Teschke speaks enthusiastically about the Forge3 platform, and before he begins to detail some of the "very fantastic tools" it incorporates, he forewarns his audience that he is about to "get a little bit geeky here." The concept was inspired by large insurance corporations.
"Both my dad and I worked at Chubb, and a lot of these things that we ended up incorporating into the framework came from those encounters as well as my relationships and the team's relationships to the industry," Teschke said. "My dad worked at Chubb for 30 years, and I worked there for 10 years."
"Clickable coverage" is one of the features included in this package. This contains graphical elements that the user can interact with to make the purchasing experience simpler and more enjoyable. A brewery owner, for instance, might go to the website's winery page, which features an image that can be clicked on to obtain information about the insurance risks you'd face as a brewery owner and the coverage solution that would be appropriate for you. More than fifty "clickable" coverage material pieces have been developed by the organization in order to educate clients as they investigate the many coverage alternatives available to them.
Another one of the features is called Hello Producer. It enables the proprietors of an agency to transmit a link that has a slogan appended to the end of it.
"If you intend to link to a page on your website, you could put a hashtag market at the end of it, and the entire experience will become personalized with [your] contact information. According to Teschke, "salespeople and producers at agencies absolutely adore that."
Additionally, the system gives representatives the ability to easily produce video or audio proposals to explain to consumers the many policy options and differences. They can be uploaded to the internet, where they will generate something that Teschke referred to as "a 'wow' factor."
In addition to this, the Forge3 platform mainly depends on API connections, which allows it to interface with a variety of industry networks.
"We see the website as the central hub of the wheel, and the other spokes are where we have to facilitate employment for as many of these people as possible… Teschke explained that the different linkages and integrations serve as the spokes of the wheel. "APIs are sometimes how we accomplish things, but on a high level," the speaker said. We are able to make all of the multiple networks operate together in a seamless manner, which is a really cool and crucial thing to do.
