According to the CPS, each of the three counts pertains to the same complainant.
In a statement released this afternoon (October 15), Janet Potter, the deputy chief crown prosecutor for CPS North West, said the following: "The Crown Prosecution Service has today authorised Greater Manchester Police to charge Mason Greenwood, 21, with attempted rape, engaging in controlling and coercive behavior, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm." Greenwood is accused of assaulting a woman who suffered actual bodily harm, as well as engaging in controlling and coercive behavior. The individual who filed all three counts is the same person.
