Even if you are extended an invitation to apply, the number of times that you can take part in the competition must not exceed the maximum number that is permitted in your country. After you have handed in your application, a member of staff will evaluate your eligibility based on factors such as your prior participation. Before you hand in your application, double check that you have carefully read and comprehended all of the requirements.

You are not permitted to take part in the program even if you are in possession of a refugee travel document that was issued by a country that has a youth mobility agreement with Canada.

Dependants
Under the terms of the IEC program, your dependents will not be permitted to travel to Canada with you. Nevertheless, they have the opportunity to submit an application to visit, study, or work in Canada. Your application will be reviewed independently from theirs in our office.
