KCL Newsweek Engineering Scholarship 2022-23

For the Newsweek Scholarship in Engineering, which is intended for overseas students who want to enroll in a Master's degree program at King's College London, applications are presently being accepted from interested and outstanding individuals at this time.

 

Students from other countries who are enrolled in a taught master's degree program in engineering will be eligible to receive the funding. The renowned prize will be presented to an outstanding overseas student who can demonstrate financial difficulty in order to assist them in the pursuit of their studies at King's.

Dr. Dev Pragad, CEO of Newsweek, is excited to announce the establishment of the Newsweek Engineering Scholarship.

After completing his undergraduate degree in the School of Engineering, computer systems, and electronics at King's College London (KCL), Dr. Pragad continued his education at KCL to get his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Mobile and Internet Studies. Dr. Pragad wants to provide other students with the same opportunities and experiences in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics that he had while he was a student at KCL (STEM).

The Criteria for Eligibility


Applicants for the KCL Newsweek Scholarship in Engineering are expected to satisfy the following standards in order to be eligible for the scholarship:

Applicants must demonstrate that they have the intent to participate in a King's University taught master's degree program in engineering beginning in September 2022.
To be eligible for foreign student rates, applicants must meet certain criteria.
The ability to demonstrate financial necessity is a requirement for applicants.
Applicants are required to show academic merit, which may be proved by submitting their grade transcripts and final degree award outcomes from their undergraduate degrees.
Applicants are required to offer a written personal statement in support of your application. Applicants are required to be willing to produce a report at the end of the year or any additional interactions that may be deemed essential by the donor.
