Bayern Munich has offered £70 million and potential bonuses to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham. They hope this offer will be enough to convince him to join their team.
Spurs said no to Bayern's first offer of £60 million plus additional payments for Kane. The club thinks it's too little money for a player they think is worth at least £100 million, even though his contract ends soon and he hasn't shown much interest in signing a new one. This puts Spurs at risk of losing their top scorer for nothing.

Kane talked with Bayern about joining their team in Germany. They really want to sign him because he is a great player. Manchester United had also been interested in him, but they gave up because they couldn't afford to pay him the amount of money he wanted.
Daniel Levy, who is in charge of Tottenham, wants to get at least £100m for Kane. However, Bayern Munich is hoping that their better offer, along with Kane's wish to join them, will make Levy change his tough position. Levy is known for being a tough negotiator in English football. They are waiting for an answer from Spurs. Spurs have offered Kane a new contract that would give him much better terms of £200,000 per week. If Spurs say no again, another offer may be made soon.
