Zukiswa Joyi, the 33-year-old South African woman known for being a virgin, has announced her engagement to a devout Christian.

On Monday, August 21, 2023, the gospel artist shared this information on Facebook and made it plain that she does not identify as a feminist.

She stated that she adheres to the biblical command for wives to submit to their husbands and for husbands to love their wives as Christ loves the church.

The Durban University graduate, who resolved to continue discussing her virginity until she marries, wrote,

“Ohk, Just to be clear nje. I’m not a feminist, I will never be one, I believe in God’s order of relationships /Marriage (the husband loving his wife like Christ loves the church, and the wife submitting to her husband as unto the Lord) , I love men, I’m getting married to one great, faithful man of God soon futhi. But you my friends need to relax and catch some humor, it doesn’t decrease your Anointing, believe me.”

Joyi previously expressed pride and gratification in herself for maintaining her virginity prior to and following Valentine's Day.

The 33-year-old devout Christian posted on her Facebook page that it is possible to remain celibate on February 14, when temptation is high, and anyone who says otherwise is lying.

Zukiswa also revealed that she is a member of the Purity gang and a proponent of abstinence until marriage.

She wrote;
