Erik ten Hag to join Manchester United?
However, ten Hag has emerged as a likely candidate for the Old Trafford hot seat following an excellent tenure with Dutch club Ajax.
With Ajax due to face Benfica in the second leg of their Champions League quarterfinal tie on the same night as Manchester United host Atletico Madrid, ten Hag was questioned by BT Sport prior to his side's game whether he is open to a move to the Premier League.

"I am completely absorbed in that and pay no attention to anything else.
"I am solely concerned with Ajax."
