Following the finding on Manchester United's website, Mason Greenwoods' status hasn't altered.

Despite the fact that his profile can be found in the squad area of the club's official website, Mason Greenwood is still not available for selection by Manchester United.

On Wednesday, United fans saw that Greenwood was still listed as a first-team player in the squad area of the club's official website, prompting speculation that something had changed in Greenwood's situation.
According to the Daily Mail, the club has acknowledged that the player's status "hasn't changed" but maintained that he is still suspended until further notice.

The fact why Greenwood's profile is still viewable on the club's official desktop website despite his ban is due to the fact that he is still a Manchester United player and has been since his arrest.

Despite this, according to the Daily Mail, Manchester Evening News journalist Samuel Luckhurst verified that Greenwood's profile had been removed off the club's smartphone app after he was pulled from the team in order to prevent him from participating in interactive sections of the program.

At the end of January, Greater Manchester Police detained Greenwood on suspicion of rape and assault with a minor and, following the original charges, on suspicion of threatening to kill.

The Manchester United and England forward was released on bond last month, and there hasn't been any further word from either the authorities or the club since; the most recent update on the player's situation came from the Manchester club on February 1st.
According to the Daily Mail, the following statement was made: "Manchester United reiterates its unequivocal disapproval of violence of any type."

The club has said that Mason Greenwood will not train with or play for the club until further notice, as previously announced.

In the meantime, the United player is still receiving his £75,000-per-week salary, as the club is contractually obligated to continue paying the Englishman. However, following his arrest, the kid was dropped by his sponsors.

Nike terminated their contract with the teenager without paying him a single cent in compensation, as the Sportsmail revealed exclusively back in February. FIFA 22, Konami's eFootball, and Football Manager 2022 have all banned the 20-year-old from their respective football games.

Because the investigation into Greenwood is still underway, it is unclear what will happen to him. Because it has been so long since we have heard anything about the 20-year-old, it is probable that we will hear anything soon about his future with the Manchester United.
