Although the former PSV attacker has struggled to live up to expectations during his time at Spurs, it appears as though Conte believes he still has the potential to make an impact in his team.
In the video below, the Italian tactician discussed his ambitions for Bergwijn and what the player can do to improve his situation after being questioned whether the 24-year-old had a future under him.

"He has to keep going, he has to have greater faith in himself," he continued. In order to improve both with and without the ball, he must put in the necessary effort and assist the team at all times. Football is a team sport, and he must continue to contribute in any situation.
