Despite playing a disgraceful game against Leicester City today, the Red Devils responded immediately.
Kelechi Iheanacho, a former Manchester City striker, gave Leicester City the lead with a header in the first half. Despite David de Gea's best efforts, Iheanacho's effort was not enough to save the game.
After going behind in the contest, Manchester United launched an attack on Brendan Rodgers' team - only for Fred to score off a rebound.
Having had his attempt saved by Bruno Fernandes, the Brazilian midfielder marched towards the penalty area. He then scored a goal by kicking the ball into the roof of the net to tie the game at 1-1.
