Pundits predict that West Ham will outbid Man United and Arsenal for the services of a top-tier midfielder.

Several clubs, including West Ham United and Manchester United, have expressed interest in signing Leicester City's Youri Tielemans, who is also desired by Arsenal and Manchester United.

If West Ham are successful in their bid to qualify for European competition next season, according to Noel Whelan, a £25million deal for the Leicester City player may be finalized soon.

When speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the youngster, the former Leeds striker stated that he is deserving of playing in European competition, and that this could come in the shape of a loan spell at Manchester United or Arsenal.

Isn't he the one who's got everything? Goals from outside the box, imagination, hard work, ability to dominate the game, and a high level of competition. In addition, he is in fantastic health - the best is yet to come," Whelan stated.

Due to the high quality of Tielemans, Leicester will have no choice but to let him leave.

In the event that West Ham City can provide him with that, I would not be surprised to see him sign with the club.

As reported by TEAMtalk, both Premier League clubs have expressed an interest, as they aim to strengthen their midfields ahead of the start of the new campaign.

Youri Tielemans has shone at Leicester City

Manchester United have been on the lookout for a real centre-midfielder for some time now, and the Belgian might be effective either sitting a little deeper behind Fred or playing a little farther front of the Brazilian.

A similar argument can be made for Arsenal, where the former Leicester City midfielder would make an excellent companion for Thomas Partey.

According to The Telegraph, Leicester City will accept bids of approximately £25 million from interested parties. The newspaper claims that the club has been severely impacted by the Covid pandemic and that raising funds through player sales is necessary in order to bring in new signings for the upcoming campaign.

Should West Ham be successful in their pursuit of this deal, it would be a significant victory against their Premier League opponents. When faced with a player of Tielemans' caliber, it would be interesting to see what David Moyes would do with him. The two holding midfield positions now manned by Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek in West Ham's 4-2-3-1 formation would be intriguing to witness.

As all of these teams have a chance to place in the top four of the European competition this season, Tielemans's future destination may be determined by whatever tournament his team is participating in and the prestige of the club.

So should West Ham advance to the Champions League, it will be difficult to persuade the Belgian to choose them over Arsenal in the summer transfer market.
