Man United and Spurs target hints at future after stellar 23-goal season.

Following recent transfer reports linking him with the likes of Manchester United and Tottenham, Roma forward Tammy Abraham has thrown an intriguing hint about his future.

The England international moved from Chelsea to Roma in a surprising deal last summer, and he has looked like a completely different player during his time in Italy, netting an astonishing 23 goals in 41 appearances across all competitions thus far.

While it's reasonable to assume that Chelsea would be disappointed with their decision to release Abraham, other Premier League clubs will undoubtedly be eager to learn that the 24-year-old appears open to returning home to England in the future.

In an interview with talkSPORT, Abraham made it plain that he is now focused on Roma, but he couldn't deny that he appears to have ambitions to demonstrate his abilities in the Premier League as well.

Tammy Abraham has had a tremendous season with the Roma.

The report from talkSPORT acknowledged recent links with Manchester United, while The Athletic reported that Tottenham Hotspur had also expressed interest in the former Blue.

The fact that I'm being linked with several teams makes me feel good; it gives the impression that you're doing something well. Speaking to talkSPORT, Abraham said: "It's a good feeling to see your name all over the newspapers."

It's all about focusing on running my business in this area for me. I can continue to be associated to a variety of teams, but who knows what the future will bring?

As a Londoner, of course I grew up in England. So perhaps one day I'll return to the Premier League and make some noise."
If Manchester United want to replace the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Edinson Cavani, they should sign a new goal-scorer this summer.

The Athletic reports that Abraham may be a Harry Kane replacement if the England attacker leaves Tottenham. Tottenham, however, face more doubt over the future of their top player.
