With Erik ten Hag set to join the club in the summer, Manchester United take on Brighton in the Premier League on Saturday.
United defeated Brentford 3-0 in their final home game of the season last week at Old Trafford. They now have to go to Brighton and Crystal Palace for their final two games of the season.
There are still a few games left for players at Manchester United to impress incoming manager Erik Ten Hag, who will be in charge of the Reds this summer. As the Manchester Evening News reports, United were interested in signing Ecuadorian midfielder Moises Caicedo from Brighton last year but negotiations were hampered by a number of intermediaries and the transaction became "too complex."

In our opinion, Manchester United will play in a 4-2-3-1 configuration, with De Gea in goal, Dalot, Varane, Lindelof, Telles, Matic, Elanga, Mata, Fernandes and Ronaldo in the starting lineup.
Predicted line-up for the Seagulls is as follows: Sanchez; Lamptey (capt), Veltman (midfield), Dunk (attacking midfielder), Webster (midfielder), Cucurella (defense midfielder).

As soon as Veltman's strike deflected on target, Juan Mata's shot found its way into his own net and gave United the lead. Despite the Dutch defender's best efforts, the ball looped over Sanchez and into the Brighton net, giving United a 10th-minute lead.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes both threatened for the visitors as Ralf Rangnick's team looked to add to its 1-0 lead. Ronaldo's long-range shot struck the post and was deflected behind for a goal kick, but United went on to win the game 2-0.
Reds striker Scott McTominay rose up in the penalty area and calmly finished into the top right corner to give his team the lead for the second time. This second goal came in the 34th minute when Mata fed it wide to Fernandes, who slid into the box before cutting the ball back for Fernandes to blast in.
There was still time for Bruno Fernandes to add a third goal for Manchester United on the stroke of half-time. Fernandes lashed a drive into the top left corner to put Manchester United 3-0 up on the south coast after Diogo Dalot surged down the right wing on the counterattack.
